Families think twice
It was ok. Seems like the hotel caters to contractor working in the local area. A lot of people staying long term, so they hang out smoking and drinking outside of their rooms. They are not bad guys just does not seem welcoming to families. Beds seem worn

Dishonest proprieter. Credit card, deposit unsafe
Front desk personel kept cash deposit and charged credit card. Twice the amount for reasons that were unclear and refused to discuss them. Room was left as it was on arrival. Refused to walk thru and show any issue. Just stole my money

Terrible experience
It was the worst experience I ever had in staying at an overseas accommodation. I was travelling with two small children and a senior. The night we arrived was late and the noise outside the room was so loud that I wasn't able to sleep. I thought it was just my jet lag problem. The next day I've noticed the neighborhood was not suitable for an extended period of stay (Don't let the pictures posted online fake you and only if you are planning to stay for a night plus you can bear with the cleanliness). My three year old got some skin allergy with itchiness. I've made a two weeks prepaid booking with a discount on hotel.com. Because of big travel tours plus many trucks come and go at night, I can barely sleep. I've complain to the front desk but they can do nothing about it and not able to refund any of my prepaid room fees. I've tried to stand it for a week and ask for a refund for the other week that I have already paid. Apparently it is a family owned business and there are two guys responsible. They kept telling me because I didn't book through them, they cannot do the refund and asked me to contact hotels.com, which I did. Hotels.com staff explained to me my credit card payment has been made directly to Quality Inn and only them have the authority to refund, which Quality Inn denied they have the authorization. I've been very reasonable with the people in charged, but they were not honest in putting all the responsibility on hotels.com. Hope something can be done from u.
