This is an older hotel -- formerly an Americinn, I believe. The TV and WiFi have been recently updated, but the beds and bathrooms have not. Both of the beds in our room were uncomfortable, and one of the mattresses had an indent so we rolled to the center. The toilet was loud, and there were a few times when we had to jiggle the handle to make it stop running. The heat was also weird. Our room was very warm so we turned the heat down and then turned it off entirely...but it still kept running. Our experience overall was OK. I've stayed in better hotels in Rapids, but I've also stayed in worse.
