Know I knew it wasn’t going to be the best motel from the pictures but I never could have believed that a place could be this horrible and unclean. It all started walking over to the office to check-in, there was dog poop or some kind of animal poop all over the parking lot and it looked it, it was there for months. When we got to our room it smelled of mold, old cigarettes, it wasn’t very musty. The room definitely was never cleaned, there was cobwebs all over the room, the chair looked like someone was duck taped to it, the bedding was filthy with stains all over the comforters. Then it was into the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder, the toilet paper was in the floor, the wall was falling apart, and shower had some sort of fungus growing in it and there was dead flies, and bugs all in it. It had to be the worst place I’ve ever witnessed in my life and I’ve seen some crappy motels/hotels. I did call and complained and I got the hell out of that place. A little FYI Expedia you need better customer service or something bc you guys did pretty much nothing for me, only contacted the motel, which I could have walked over and said I wanted to be refunded bc I was NOT staying In filth. So hopefully in the near future have your customer service reps do some sort of customer service training bc they weren’t the best either.
