We celebrated our 1 year anniversary Monday and the hotel was beautiful despite heavy construction, the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the robes were a plus to have with the hot tub just located on the balcony. We look forward to our next stay.

We love this hotel. This is our second time staying here. The location is great, especially the walking trail behind the property. We also had breakfast at the little market located nearby. Also recommend the restaurant Gardens of Avila, less than a mile away. Excellent food.

We love the area around Avila. It was a little hard to find, but once we realized it was by the store off Bob Jone's Trail, we had no problem. There weren't a lot of amenities like breakfast or an exercise room, but for an inexpensive place to sleep at the coast it was very nice.
