The house is located 100 meters from the free beach, which is accessed directly from the private road.
It consists of two bright double bedrooms, easily convertible into single beds. There is the possibility of adding a child / or extra bed.
In the spacious living room there are two comfortable sofa beds that can comfortably accommodate three people. The house therefore comfortably accommodates 7 people.
The large, bright and airy living room / lounge is directly connected with two doors to the covered veranda that surrounds the house on three sides, where you can enjoy your lunches cooked in the outdoor kitchen or on the grill directly from the fixed barbecue.
The villa also offers a splendid terrace / solarium, from which you can enjoy the spectacular panorama of the Gulf of Castellamare, from Capo Rama to Capo San Vito with its sunset.
In the basement leading to the terrace there is a double service closed with a toilet and shower with hot water.
The house offers the possibility to park up to three cars inside.
For your serenity and tranquility, the house is equipped with mosquito nets on the windows and an anti-intrusion system.
The house is a place of relaxation suitable for all ages. You can enjoy the maximum relaxation welcomed by the silence of the garden with the possibility of having a disco less than 1 km away.
At your disposal are deckchairs, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine, umbrella and beach chairs.
Everything you need for the home is provided, from crockery to cookware, kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels.
The tools for daily cleaning (brooms, etc., except for detergents) are also provided. You don't have to worry about anything!
