The hotel was impeccable and the location was perfect. Although every staff member went above and beyond, we were very impressed with Anastasia’s efforts to ensure our stay went well. Loved this hotel. The staff was amazing, and they paid attention to your every need. The food was sooo delicious- highly recommend ordering a meal there. Breakfast is included and is out of this world. Anatasia, Theo and Joy took really good care of us- thank you! Our room was nice. The indoor jacuzzi made the room humid so when i go back, I will book a different room. However, the outdoor kick area was a plus. The views are lovely-;probably the best in Fira. I highly recommend!

Stunning views and service the second you walk in the door. Welcome lemonade drink while taking in the stunning surroundings. The breakfast options were varied and all delicious. Highly recommend the bread basket! Joy and Anastasia were so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I loved our stay here, property was beautiful, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room had a private balcony and we enjoyed having our breakfast brought to us each morning while we sat and looked out over the caldera. Each morning you could call to order breakfast from the menu. It was all delicious and best orange juice I’ve ever had. The room was beautiful with our own jacuzzi tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Make sure you call to get a transfer to and from the airport, it can be confusing to find your first time.
