A few rooms have to be fixed and fix the swage smell that the rooms get its a very unpleasant smell! The reception area should be remodeled! The staff is wonderful specially the general manager Lucero!

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Here are some "highlights" of our stay: 1. At check-in they informed us the T.V. was not working. 2. The sink got clogged, for no reason at all. 3. At 3:00 a.m. we started getting scam calls asking if we had towels left (clearly to rob us). Went to the front desk and they said there "was nothing they could do". We couldn't sleep because of that.

Todo estuvo bien, solo le doy 4 estrellas porque la TV no servía y escuché que a las personas que llegaban a rentar cuarto les hacían descuento por este motivo, pero como yo ya había pagado, no hubo descuento para mi, la limpieza tmb un 4 porque había cabellos en el piso. Overall good, 4 star because TV doesn't work, other people receive a discount but not me because I have already paid. Cleanliness 4 star, because there was hair on the floor.

Place was dirty and parking was limited. Had to leave my keys so that some could park my car when space became available. The basement garage is filthy and filled with old furniture from years ago. Parking is small and limited due to the vast amout of furniture. Staff is rude especially the one gentlemen with a mushroom haircut. First room I got was missing a couch and had water leaking from the roof. My experience was awful. Don't stay here pay more for your peace of mind and quality of sleep.
