Dave the manager is extremely professional and accommodating, he went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was spacious and nice as was the property. Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty. The carpet had stuff all over, the shower did not look clean and the freezer had spills all over it

Just wrapped up 6 days at the Westin Kierland Villas. We had a newly renovated suite which was lovely. Very spacious and a well thought out design for our premium villa. It was so great to have a well appointed kitchen with full size appliances (no oven) and the inclusion of a washer dryer insuite was a great-to-have! The staff was really exceptional; everyone we encountered was friendly and so very customer-focused. Major renovations were underway but inconvenience to guests was mitigated well and we were able to access all facilities. Judging from what has been completed thus far, the investment will be worth every penny. Loved the two pool areas as well. It was great to have a kid-friendly facility and a separate facility for those who just want to relax; there is something for everyone there. This property has jumped to the top of my list for future vacations.
