Located close to the St Pauli station and close to Reeperbahn the location is good. Very friendly and helpful staff but the rooms sege a bit warm. Great parking underground next to the hotel for a really good price!

Great value well located clean and tidy hotel
I thought this was a very decent hotel for the price. Nothing fancy but a good sized room in good condition and very clean and comfortable. Location is great if you want to be close to the Reeperbahn party district, and it's right by the St Pauli U-bahn station too. I'd happily stay here again

Staff was friendly, but cleaning team does not speak German so it was not possible to communicate with them. I have lived in Hamburg so I am familiar with the area and knew exactly what I was in for. If you are there to party, you are in the correct place. We were there with kids so we traded the not so clean or safe neighborhood for the great location, very central, you can easily get anywhere from there with public transportation. The hotel was not very clean, aisles smell like cigarettes, carpets are stained, bathrooms smell bad and are stained. Daily service is only making bed and emptying trash, not really cleaning the room. Breakfast was overall ok. Bread was not fresh, boiled eggs were super over cooked with a grey rim on the yolk. Hotel price was too high for all the negatives.

I booked this room for my parents and my 12 year old nephew! When they arrived they only had a double bed. When they went to ask at reception for an additional bed as we had booked it online with the extra bed they said they did not have one and that my parents and 12 year old nephew had to share a bed. I find this highly unprofessional, and resulted in us having a terrible sleep after a 15 hour drive from England. When booking online and requesting such amenities if they are not available we should have been told at the time of booking, however not once did we get told prior to our arrival. The double bed was hardly big enough for two people let alone having to put a 12 year old on the bed too. I would not be recommending this hotel to anyone, and will also be forwarding this email onto the customer service for the hotel.

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht
Nicht offensichtlich ob man direkt ins Parkhaus fahren kann, also erstmal an der Straße "illegal" kurz stehen bleiben , rein rennen, fragen ... dann Parkhaus wird später nach-gewertet.. Check in ziemlich schnell (keine nachfrage, ob gute Anreise, was heute noch so ansteht... massenabfertigung halt) Im Zimmer angekommen gibt es kein richtiges Bad, sondern eher so ne "runde Nasszelle", Duschen-Tür geht net richtig zu, Klodeckel knallt, Klospülung zu schwach, Wasserdruck im Wasserhahn aber viel zu hoch, Stecker (dose) vom Fön DIREKT über dem Wasserhahn seitlich.. Schrank kein SChrank, sondern offene Ablage-Möglichkeit... dann das schlimmste, Bett-Matratze total durchgelegen, durch einen Topper künstlich erhöhnt (um eine "dicke Matratze" zu simulieren)... "nur" 1 kleines "dünnes" Kissen (man kann an der Rezeption eins "nachholen, was lose in so nem regal liegt)... Beide haben wir kaum geschlafen, man mußte sich ständig drehen, am nächsten Tage totale Rücken/Brustwirbel Schmerzen. Beim Checkout das gleiche wie beim Check-In, keine persönliche Fragen, kein "wie wars,", etc.etc. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, auch wenn die Lage natürlich mega ist, um schnell am Hafen für die Musicals oder in St. Pauli an sich zu sein.
