Decent.
It’s a good hotel. Clean enough although many things could use maintenance like paint, caulking, leaky tub faucet. Definitely would not have used the spa. Pool area was not well kept. Breakfast was pretty extensive. Towels weren’t great. Decent enough if you’re not paying a ton. The location was not as desirable as I hoped

Poor Stay Experience
My experience at this hotel was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, there were police officers on-site dealing with a homeless man who refused to leave the property, which left a poor first impression. Then, the elevator had significant delays and almost trapped me between floors. Once in the room, I noticed several issues: stained sheets, mold in the bathroom, and an air conditioner that worked sporadically. Noise from other guests was also a problem, and when I called the front desk, they were unresponsive. The breakfast was another letdown—everything was dirty and unappetizing. Overall, the property feels outdated and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I was excited about my stay here, as the photos certainly pack a 'wow' factor. Unfortunately, the stay did anything but that. Dirty, dated and broken... This hotel ticked no boxes. I was delivered clean towels each day, yet each of them was dirty and stained. This one fact best describes my three-night stay.

Good for a night
The bath towels were okay but the hand towels and wash cloths were more like cleaning rags. There was large bottles of conditioning shampoo, body wash and lotion for multiple days; and 2 face & body soap bars but no actual hand soap. No closet but it had 2 spots to hang clothes on the wall. No dresser, they had 2 cubbies instead. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Hotel entrance looks & smells amazing, but after the first passing through the small was overwhelming and gave all of us a headache. Breakfast was great except too many people on New Year’s Day, no place to sit & can’t take breakfast to room. They ran out of juice, coffee, hot water..some stuff did get replaced (not the juice). Too long of a line to wait for the pancake maker. Would probably be better not on a holiday. We felt safe at this hotel. The girls used the gym and said it was good. Good price overall. I would stay again.

Ok but not what we expected
The good: Breakfast, Pool and hot tub, comfy bed and pillows. The bad: A gummy candy in the bunk bed, broken toilet, loud lobby and outside and bright light from outside with no way to block it out due to poorly designed "blackout stripe and " pulley curtain which was also dirty. Maintenance was called regarding the toilet seat and he seemed totally put out.

Bad hotel experience
Feels like we were catfished. Everything looks good online and once you’re there it’s a different story. Room was dirty, bed and pillow sheets had stains, no room service available only upon request. We requested room service and they only took out the trash. Bathroom has no ventilation, after taking a shower the whole room would feel like as if we were in a sauna. We got a non smoking room and yet we found cigarette buds all over the room floor, between seat cushions and under bed. I would rather stay at a motel 6 and saved money than to stay here. Never again will I be coming back here. If you’re thinking of booking, save your money and go somewhere else. This isn’t it.

Winged Ant..?
When we arrived to our room, we noticed our face towels were dirty, but that’s not the reason for the rating - that would have been an easy fix. The problem began when there was an insect (either a winged ant or a termite) crawling on my husband as we were laying down before going out to dinner. He shook it off and we lost it.. still not a huge problem.. until we found two more on the bed. Thankfully we were able to move into a different room, because there’s no way I could’ve slept a wink on that bed.

Beautiful building but outdated indoor room equipments, poor efficiency water heater, breakfast was good but pancake maker broke down and they didn't fix it for 5 days we stayed. Parking $5/night is ok; we took Uber to Disney everyday and saved a ton on time.

Stay was good was very upset at the fact that I line here it said all fees and taxes included in price and when we got to the hotel we were charged with a deposit that we were thankfully barely able to afford and the front desk associate was very rude about it definitely need to adjust the fine print because it stated nothing about a deposit we though it was included like your website says

Neighbors, sigh.
The stay in all wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best. The people who stayed above us had kids or something and they were running back in forth. Normally we don’t complain but it was 11 pm and we were just trying to get some sleep and it was pretty loud. We called the front desk and they said they would check it out, the loud stomping continued even afree until 1 am. The bathroom picture had black mold probably because of the humidity. Breakfast was pretty good and enjoyable. Over all the stay was decent.
