石垣港やバスターミナルの近所のため、交通の便が良く徒歩圏内が中心地となるので便利です。新しく港の前なので近郊ホテルよりは若干高めとなるものの上記を考えると妥当かと思われる。ホテルによっては、無料ドリンクサービスがあるところもあるが、こちらのホテルはカフェバーのようなのがレセプション横にある。ただ、ホテルつけとかに出来ず、１杯づつ、その都度キャッシュレスで支払う必要があり面倒である。

今回は離島へのアクセスのため宿泊いたしました。夕飯は他のホテルの友人と近くの居酒屋に行く予定だったので、 素泊まりにしました。ターミナルの目の前にあり繁華街も至近で利便性は高いです。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらいフェーリーの出発まで身軽に過ごせました。 ホテル施設は新しさもあり快適でした。
