When I booked my room i need one that was pet friendly. On the website I saw nothing about an extra charge. I contacted the hotel to request late check in. The desk clerk mentioned my dog. She did not mention the charge. Only when I checked in did I find out,$30.00!!!!! Poor business practice.

The old run down days inn
Run down, dirty place. Sheets had holes in them. Carpet had mud on it. Bathroom wall had a crack down the middle of it. Any place that required a deep clean or extra powerful vacuum was full of dirt. We were on the ground level. The people above us stomped and were making noise until midnight. Spend a few extra bucks and stay anywhere else. Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. And breakfast was decent. The issues are with the age of the place, it hasn’t been maintained, and I’m certain that housekeeping does the bare minimum.

We would like a refund. On the evening of November 15th, we were checked-in to room 112 on your property. It was in unacceptable condition, and would like to be issued a full refund. The room’s condition was as follows: 1. The carpeted flooring in the rest room was soaked with sewage water that filled the room with the smell of excrement and mildew. 2. The beds were unkempt, appearing visibly slept in, with sheets that had bodily fluid. 3. The shower was unsanitary, and we were unable to use it.

This is an old property but has been nicely refurbished. The room was large and well appointed. Nice bed and bedding. The shower could have used better fixtures. Access to the property from I-25 was somewhat inconvenient. It was easy getting to it from the south but in the morning I had to go south 1 exit to access the hi way to continue my trip north.
