Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek

The executive apartment very dated and dirty and smelly nothing postive expect the staff receptionist and security are very friendly and helpful otherwise zero ratings shame of you Marriott for such apartments..

The trip was good because it was Dubai. The hotel was amazing and clean and perfect for our family. The management however was useless. They were rude and unaccommodating. They would call in the middle of the night asking me to come down and deal with accidental booking issues and even attempted to lock us out of our rooms and sent security. I really hope the management improves here. They’re only excuse was because we were out all day so they had to call us in the middle of the night. Which isn’t true because we were always there till at least 10 am everyday and no one bothered to contact us during the day. I hope they improve they’re management.

Average hotel. Suites are well appointed with standard amenities. While we didn’t cook, the fridge and microwave was great to store and heat up left overs from dinning out as well as snacks from the grocery store behind the hotel. The washer/dryer was a big plus too. Definitely not in the same category as similar Marriott properties. Property is starting to age. Dubai is the developing stages for tourism so standards and service are average. Great reception staff, sub par house keeping. Service is slow and our suite was skipped for cleaning 3 times in a 10 night stay. I had to request a cleaning each day and they still missed our suites. When they did clean, the forgot to leave towels or left inadequate towels or didn’t refill shower gel and soap. You had to keep calling for stuff and waiting for things. Sometimes, I just made do coz I felt bad for the front desk staff. I won’t stay here on another visit but overall, it wasn’t bad and the location was central in Deira. I ended up forfeiting 2 nights of my 12 nights stay and leaving early.

Quite worn down. In need of modernization. Also quite smelly. The food smell from other rooms transmits through the hallway. Nice staff though.

It was very good. Neat and clean. Value for money. About 10 min walk from metro. Never tried the restaurant. Tower A got unobstructed creek view on one side. Tower B most likely you get city view. Still plenty of sunlight as buildings are not so close. Two supermarkets are within 5 min walk. Only issue we had is AC control which you will never understand and whatever you set it will probably go wrong.
