Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Tupelo North, an IHG Hotel

Had a very relaxing time and felt well rested for my big meeting the next morning.

The hotel did everything right! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The restaurant offered dining as well as the opportunity to order meals to take back to the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple and fast. My favorite part was Janet, the woman who took care of us at the restaurant. She was cheerful and provided excellent service. Traveling during the pandemic has been somewhat concerning, but this hotel made us feel protected as much as is possible. It was easy to find, located right off the highway.

I booked online about 90 minutes before arriving. Took extra time because cell service on the way was not good. Specifically booked a King room. We got up to the 4th floor and we had a room with two double beds. It was late and we needed to sleep for travel the next day. We did not ask to be moved but I was unhappy about not getting the room I had booked. The room had no number on the door (426) The bedding was not what I was expecting for $100+ per night. The mattress cover had a very “crunchy” feel and made a strange sound whenever you would move. Not comfortable. We were back on the road by 7:15a.m. Was thankful for the hot coffee in the lobby. Thanks.

My only issue I experienced was noise from downstairs bar area which echoed through the center of the hotel.

The hotel, staff, and room was very nice. Everyone of the staff was hard working, courteous, and quick to help with any issue. The lounge area and restaurant was a great feature to have. I do feel there is some room for improvement from the ownership. When booking, it was important to me that the hotel have a few things, first of which was a suite, which we stayed in. The room was very spacious, but dark, so it could use a bit more lighting, but not a big deal. I also was looking forward to the pay movies, as the description stated, however there was not an option. We purchased the breakfast for two option with the suite package, however there was no credit given for choosing this option. Now the restaurant and bar area is great, but the owner needs to expand the hours and the selection, that was very disappointing. And update the description again to include that there is no room service. Again, the owner needs to purchase items for the snack area, especially if your going to have a limited menu and bar service. I think the room price was great, the staff is great, and I would return here on my next trip to Tupelo and recommend the property, but I would just not count on being able to use the bar, restaurant, or snack area.

This was a clean, safe and up to date place to stay. I'd stay there again, but request to be further away from the bar area...

Excellent property to stay at. Very convenient. Breakfast is terrible during covid so go eat at one of the restaurants around

The hotel is amazing, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Super clean, my husband and I really enjoyed our visit.
