Pros: They made our beds everyday, swept & brought clean towels. The beach and tiki bar access was nice. Food was good. Washing /drying machines works well. They do offer umbrellas, chairs, towels and jet ski's all for money.
Cons: 3 square pillows and not so comfy beds. Hit head on counter in bathroom, hit nails on the ceiling trying to put towel over the shower wall and there were no shelves for the towels, hand towels or washcloths to sit on. There was no control over the thermostat, and even w/ the curtains closed all day, it was still very hot when the sun was going down and we'll into the night. The phone isn't real and if you need to call the front desk, you have to call from your cell phone. There is no kitchen table or anything for a family of 4 to sit at together and eat.
We had to get our own luggage cart, the washing machine took my money and one of the dryers sparked, causing a short, causing it to not even begin. Lost more money and nobody could help me. It's a real pain and $5 to get a laundry card, with $10 min. I paid $15 to wash 2 loads and dry 1.
The beach was covered in seaweed, so we went to Miami two days in a row for a decent beach experience.
They have signs that say "no outside food or drink" which was an inconvenience considering we brought food to eat at the beach, so we ended up taking backpacks instead of a cooler.
