The whole time we were there our room smell like weed. Which bother me and my wife allergies

The tower we were in was under construction & we got put on the 11th floor. Otherwise, besides needing some paint our room was clean. The view was beautiful. The pool area was nice! The location to everything was great! I would stay again but prefer a lower floor.

Bathroom floor not mopped, hair in the shower drain , hot water in the shower tricky a mystery. I took two calls to get the work order completed. A lot of money for a terribly negative vacation experience. Guard personnel for the most part friendly and kind. Check in and personnel friendly and helpful.

Unit Tower3 1101 was 1200 for 3 nights not including the 209 mandatoryfee hotel charges. Cleaning fee etc... Hotel was not cleaned upon arrival. Very sticky floors made everyone's socks or feet literally black. Beds had no sheets on them. Pots and pans were a disaster, unable to really use them to cook since they were in horrible shape. Tons of hand prints, stains on walls, cracked chipped paint, black mold in different areas of condo especially In sliding glass door area. Hole in wall in a bedroom size of a basketball. Just absolutely disgusting and not what you would expect paying this much money. Would.not stay or recommend to anyone ever again. Hotel staff couldn't care less. Promised to send someone up to clean while we were gone. Noone ever came. No care in the world.

The room was great! Just a little old and needed a few repairs but overall perfect for us. There was a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer in the room which made coming home way better not having to do all that laundry when we got back. Checking in was a little weird and there wasn’t a paper to fill out to make sure you didn’t get charged for damages so I didn’t like that. Overall perfect little place to spend a few days on the beach.
