It’s a never again for me
The room lamps were missing lightbulbs. There was mold in the bathroom. I have pictures. The doors had rust or mold around them around the bathroom. The microwave was not plugged in. I specifically called them to make sure the hot tub worked, and it was cold. We were looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub in the evening and this was disappointing, especially since I did call and they said it worked. The sink backed up and did not drain right the faucet was missing a handle . The lounge in lobby area and bar area was beautiful. The place has so much potential but it looks like they don’t take care of it. Obviously, I would definitely recommend not staying here if you have mold allergies. The price I paid for this room was ridiculous and the conditions are terrible for the price. There was more mold photos that I could share and more pictures of missing lightbulbs in lampshades, but unfortunately, they won’t all fit here.
