We were down for a baseball tournament, so we got a suite. Well our suite had a handicap shower and the water sprayed directly out into the bathroom. The bathroom would be flooded after you showered. No Hot Tub although it says the have one. The entire building just kind of stunk. Nothing was updated.

Horrible stay

Radiation should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. When we checked in, I asked for another keystone there was 2 of us. They told me they didn’t have any more keys. They also didn’t have any do not disturb signs. The room was dirty, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, the toilet paper holder was broken off, the air conditioner sounded like a truck coming through the door every time it turned on and rattled the entire time it was on. I could go on and on. This hotel was disgusting

Okay for a night

The moment you walk in your nostrils are assaulted by the pungent odor of Axe body spray. Once in the room you immediately hear the sound of the jet engine like air conditioning unit. Paint is pealing, vents are covered in mold, shower head is moldy, and mirrors were moldy. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The breakfast was everything we read about. The juice machine was actually working, but the biscuits had actual mold on them. Very little to choose from. I would skip it all together if you value your digestive system. Overall I think you would be better off paying a little more for a cleaner place.

Poor hotel, avoid

Management only cared about money and not comfort of stay. Insane pet charges and offered to make flat rate pet charge as we were there for extended time then denied that conversation when we checked out. Called us at 0800 to tell us to come to lobby for a question that could have been answered on the phone then showed zero sympathy when I informed her she woke up our room w young children. No beverage option for breakfast. Ice machine broken. Beds were never made up and very stingy on soaps

My air conditioning in my room was so loud I had to turn my volume to my TV up on 52 I called the front desk she went in the room while I was gone and she said there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning it was just very loud and I'm with the TV up on 52 is echoing trying to watch TV

Worst Hotel Ever!!!!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had with a hotel. If I could give negative stars I would. Upon booking my reservation, not 20 minutes after my husband and I were car accident. I attempted several times to reach the hotel to cancel my reservation but their phone line was not working. My reservation was booked for a total of 25 minutes. After two days of trying call (52 times) their host company Choice Hotels said they would try reaching out. My card was initially charged three times for three different amounts. Once I did finally reach the hotel, their night staff had no idea what I was saying and said to call back the next day to speak with the manager. I did call back only to hear that they were out and would be expected back in an hour. Four hours later and I hadn't received a call back. At this point I was finally able to get "most" of my reservation refunded, however they were still charging me for a "no-show" fee equal to one nights stay. I continued to try and reach the general manager all week until I was told it didn't matter if my reservation was on the books for 25 minutes or 24 hours, if I didn't show then I was charged. The general manager was given all of the details between the phone, the accident and having two companies reach out. I was finally told this morning that their cancellation policy will stand and my charge will not be refunded. Their phone being unreachable is not my fault or my problem. Not The Place It Used To Be

Staff very unfriendly and seemed put out by questions and requests for service. Security door lock was broken; repair request ignored. Had to carry used towels to front desk to prove that we needed fresh ones. This is far from the place we have stayed in the past.

Horrible experience

The stay was terrible....Not comfortable, horrible experience, horrible stay and terrible room. I would never let myself nor family and friends experience what I went through from Thursday when i checked in and Sunday when I checked out. Enter the room and it was awful peeling ceiling, power outlet not secure to the wall, bedding stains on blanket didn't even pull back the sheets after that. Went to buy bedding. So i went to the front desk to ask for a room change, but i was told there is no housekeepers on site. Then was told i can change rooms the next. Next day came no room change. Asked for a refund that was awful also no refund. I have pictures of the terrible room. It wouldn't let

How is this a 3-star hotel?

Everything about this hotel screams "cheap!". The hot water that was only warm, the meager "breakfast" offerings that I wouldn't put in my mouth, to the lack of building maintenance such as water-stains on the ceilings, and broken equipment in the "fitness room"-it all screams "CHEAP".

Too many drawbacks

The staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and state of breakfast reduced my rating significantly. I typically bring our breakfast, but use the hotel toaster and grab some fruit and milk. The only fruit on offer was red apples, and no milk available. I also noticed the lack of protein other than scrambled eggs. The room was well-appropriated, but things like the shower switch and the air conditioner didn’t work. The couple who did housekeeping assisted in getting the shower switch down so my daughter could have a bath, but I couldn’t raise it later to have a shower. The air conditioner was the loudest rattler I’ve ever experienced, and that’s saying something. It also had a hard time cooling off the room. There was a thermostat on the wall, but it didn’t work. I was glad we were there when it was cool outside, since a summer night would’ve been miserable. Additionally, there is no way to freeze an ice pack for the trip home; not in the mini-fridge, and not in the hotel kitchen refrigerator.

Comphy beds but has some issues

The bathroom door and bedroom door in between the room, top draw of the dresser and the cabinet draw are messed up. Breakfast was gross and not appitizing. While the parking lot and lobby were nice the rooms need to be maintained better.
