The Embassy Row Hotel

I felt at home since the very beginning, the environment is as cozy as energetic as it can be, matching perfectly with my personality. I loved the activities on the rooftop terrace, such as yoga and swimming. I didn't try the silent disco but that also sounded like a lot of fun! My room was great, I never had problems sleeping (which I often do) and I was very happy with the cleanliness and organization. I was here for business, and this hotel helped a lot in making my stay in DC a lot more enjoyable. It definitely is a 5 stars experience.

Great stay! I really enjoyed the hotel. The bathroom shower head was gross and the shower curtain needed to change , but everything else was amazing!

Great location and friendly staff. However, staff not willing to do more than the minimum. USB outlets in room didnt work. Resolution offered by staff was that I could plug my phone in behind the front desk.

I am very comfortable at Embassy Row, always. The staff is great, location is great, convenience of restaurant there on premises, love it! I would love to figure out the HVAC. The heating/cooling units in some rooms are so loud, they sometimes wake you up at night. This time, there was a washcloth shortage, so I had to hunt down housekeeping a few times to get some. The room was clean, but it’s time to wash the throw pillows on the beds. I didn’t even want them on my sheets - as they were soiled and filthy looking. People there are really nice and accommodating.

Everything was excellent. They even upgraded me to a room with a view!
