My stay was nice but when I arrived I had no room, I had to wait almost 2 hrs to get a room after I made the reservations. I was told because I booked my hotel on Expedient, they overbooked therefore my room was never booked and when I was given a room, I had to pay more than expected than what I was paying with my reservation. That was NOT a pleasant experience. I felt the hotel clerk could’ve been more understanding, considering I came 12 hours away.

Check-in clerk, did know how to check us in. The clerk the next morning had to check us in room. Floor in room dirty. Trash/toys from previous resident left behind bed. Bathroom toilet ran all night. All pillows are worn out (flat). We won’t stay there again.

After driving 8.5 hours to get to this property it took 45 minutes to get us into a room. No, it was not busy. It was just one room. Even though we paid online, I was made to call hotels.com rep and have them confirm that it was true. The receptionist seemed to be unfamiliar with the computer program she was using. We asked for a room on the bottom floor; we were given a room on the top floor. We went to correct the mistake and we were given keys to a dirty room on the first floor with two beds. I went back to correct the mistake and the lobby was locked and no one could be found to assist me. I even called several times. 5 minutes goes by and the receptionist appears from taking a stroll and asks me what the issue is. I repeat to her we ask/paid for a king bed, clean room, on the bottom floor. She tells me that such a room does not exist on the property but I could go door to door and pick a room I liked. WHAT!?!? She gives us keys to a room check waved us to “check out”. The receptionist finally decided she would lock the lobby and go door to door to find me a room that she thought I would like. WHAT?!? She knocked on about a dozen doors yelling “house keeping”. I wait for her to get back and she does eventually issue us keys to our room. The rest of the stay there was no hotel staff that we came into interaction with and the property was pretty quiet.

The bed was great the only problem was water in the shower it was to hot no matter how I adjusted it but other than that my stay was great

Easy check in. Furniture in room was stained. Deadbolt on door didn't engage. Obvious water damage on ceiling.

I was not too happy with having to have a smoking room but they explained that was all that was left (politely) so I did not put up a fuss. The two things that just sent me down a road of extreme discontentment was the fact that when I got up the next morning to take a shower, to my chagrin, the water pressure was so low, this was not possible. And what made it worse, when I reported it to the front desk, I was told "well no one else has reported this problem". WRONG ANSWER... Also, I noticed the travel lotion looked like it had been left from a previous use and the walls are paper thin. I would not stay at this place again and put a fair warning out for future travelers thinking about considering a stay.
