Overall, I give this place a 4 out of 5. Overall, the room was clean, free of bugs, did not smell of smoke, the area was quiet and appeared safe - no loitering or shady activity. When I checked in, the woman, named Lynn, was really nice. If I ever needed anything, she told me to contact her via text. If noise is going on at night, etc. All positive stuff. Now the areas for improvement. This is based on being in room 108 the nights of October 3rd and 4th. 1) Probably the most critical one. I attached 2 pictures. The first one is the air vent on the ceiling right by the light in the bathroom. It is caked in dust. The second one, not quite as bad as the first, still has a lot of dust. That was the air vent in the bedroom. For an allergy sufferer like me, that can be bad. 2) The magnets on the curtain in the shower need to be replaced. One was weak and the other didn't work. If you spend about 3 minutes wetting the side of the tub, you can get the curtain to stick and then shower without it constantly blowing all the way in. 3) Advertising could be improved when sending info to sites like hotels.com. She is the only one that works there. No 24 hour front desk. Not a big issue, but would be nice to know. She "calls you" day of arrival, but says "wireless caller". Many don't answer because of scams these days. She reached via text. Overall good, but feels weird relying on a single person. Though she did answer my questions. I would consider staying again.
