Average, nothing special
Typical, slightly below average holiday inn. The dining area was alright, but the rooms where slightly tired, no temperature control in the room, shower was a bit old, the pool area was ok. Would be happier if it was cheap but it was not.

Not what you’d expect!
The hotel lobby bar and restaurant areas were lovely. Recently refurbished clean and welcoming. However the bedrooms are a different story. Whilst being comfortable and having everything you’d expect. The decor was dated. Shower curtain was mouldy as were the sills in the bathroom. Wallpaper falling of the walls. Stained carpets and seats. Not what you’d expect from a holiday inn. Breakfast was very good though.

old dated hotel, quite expensive considering. Noisey from traffic. Convenient for M1 though

Decent place, just off the Luton Airport!
Decent place to stay, just off the Luton Airport. The area was kinda deserted, but still okay. The lift wasnt working, or so was I told. The heating in the room wasn't working either for the first hour, and had to make do with a portable heater for some time. Other than that, all went well.

Ottimo
Great location on a quiet road only a few minutes from Luton Airport. The only lift wasn’t working when we arrived but was fixed by the next morning. All the staff were friendly.
