The pool was not available and I received no laundry service and it was difficult to reach a staff member when I needed some help. If you go out of your room on the morning before the 11:00 am checkout to go to the store or somewhere else and come back to your room, your room key doesn't work anymore so I had to go to the front desk and have them re-code the key to get in my room.

I didn't get any housekeeping service during my stay from 4-1 through 4-4. I left before my reservation was done because I had not received any clean towels from the housekeeping staff and the office manager kept putting me off and didn't try to accommodate me with some linen and towels. And he gave me a room that the bed was not made up yet and the TV was still on and the door was missing the safety latch above the deadbolt lock. The motel had no ice machine so I had to go to WaWa for ice. Also under the bed and on the sides of it was very noisy because it was made of thin metal material and made quite a bit of noise when you sat on it or bumped the sides of it.

Didn’t receive any clean laundry because there was no housekeeping service available during my stay. Also the management locked me out of my room before my checkout time was up.

The rooms (s) are horrible!!! The first room 236 king bed smell heavy of mildew and smoke. Couldn’t breathe in that at all…moved to room 130 mildew smell no air circulation it was horrible. The ceiling in the bathroom had dryer sheets hanging from the drop ceiling that look like grandmas old basement!!! The room looked like it was under construction and repairs. The lighting…what lighting!!! Sad!!! Was very dark in the room. It’s a shame being a presidential Wyndham owner going to a” WYNDHAM SUPPER 8 This was nothing close to what I expected. Wyndham need to check these properties that has it name and make sure to inspect it quality and representation!!! I will NEVER STAY AT A WYNDHAM SUPER 8!!!! It was just short of sleeping on a box spring in the backyard!!! Worse nights every spent lodging.

So unfortunately I have to stay here until my place is ready to move in. So they decided to take the room off the websites. They first stopped selling the room by the week. Then they decided to take it off the website. Which they should be grateful for ppl actually paying to stay here. They cancel reservations when you request to pay at property. It’s also not refundable.

Awful 0/10 wouldn’t recommend!

Place was dirty! Bed was stained and the floor was disgusting! The lights in the bathroom and over the sink were broken! The V didn’t work and the staff was rude!!!! Never again!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, could have had more amenities (blow-dryer, iron). Not sure if a lot of working people stay there but several times horns were blowing as early as before 7 am and other room doors opening and closing waking us up.

The staff was ok. The pool wasn’t opened and they didn’t have an any type of breakfast. The sad part is the site said it had all those things but it lied. It was hard to get any extra towels. The room smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. The gentleman gave me some spray for the room but it was still a little hard to get it out.

Dirty room no towels wash cloths in the room mold in the tub there were roaches crawling from wall to wall and the staff the guy at the front desk he said his name is Light. He is the rudest when I reported theses problems to him he got upset denied everything and told me and my kids to leave just yelling at us we are homeless and had our our belongings with us 3 suitcases and other things we had to pack up and he was rushing us expecting us to be done packing in minutes which was impossible. He got mad because we were still packing called the police on us and completely lied said we weren’t trying to leave when he clearly seen us packing up while he stood in the middle of the door kept saying hurry up. He scared my kids and all. I talked to the officer and explained to the officer what happened the officer then said to me that he’s always getting calls from that hotel because people are always having problems out of that man. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone please go elsewhere

This place is unfit for human use…. Much needed rehab. Electric outlets all worn out, will not hold an appliance plug! No shower curtain, or tub drain stopper for grandson to take a bath! No hot water after first quick shower, for 4 people. Only towels for 2 people,,, had to go to office every afternoon to demand enough towels for the 4 of us, 2 of those nights, they had no wash clothes!!!!……2 of our 3 nights, they had no access to any towels at all, as the laundry room was locked by owner when he left in the afternoon…just ridiculous. AC vents, loaded with mold and mildew. They then had the audacity to hold $50 deposit, and charge a $3 service charge for each night we stayed! This place should not be affiliated with Expedia….
