Wonderful Hotel with only one drawback
This hotel was great. The beds were comfortable and the suite had plenty of room. The location and the free bikes were convenient. Everyone on staff was extremely courteous and attentive - to offering water for our bike ride, adjusting my kids’ bikes, and quickly fixing a hot water issue. The only negative is that you can hear people in other rooms.

Lovely boutique hotel for families
The staff was wonderful. They were so nice and helpful. My kids had a great time in the pool. They were asking when we could come back before we even left.

It was okay. I had the do not disturb sign on the door but 2 men knocked and wanted to check the status of the mini bar. Also I couldn't find the ice machine for the life of me. But otherwise the staff was friendly.

Great little getaway
The staff there are great. Leah, the GM, is very hands on and was very helpful during our stay. I liked that I got a text message from their concierge service, as well as from Leah, making sure that everything was going ok and to see if we needed anything. It was a very family friendly place, lot of kids, but we had a quiet room on the first floor and didn't hear anything. The view from the restaurant can be great if you can score a table by the window.
