To start with the staff (Tom and Kat) were outstanding. They did everything they could to make the staff excellent. The property is desperately in need of upgrades. The swimming pool was closed and needing repairs. The ice machine, ice chest, and water fountain were all out of order. Both elevators in the main building need repairs, one would not even allow you to go up to the 3rd floor where our room was located. Carpet needs to be replaced, wall paper is coming off the walls, doors both interior and exterior are needing repair, safety locks on the room doors are missing parts of the latch to lock them, smoke detectors were on the floor and in drawers in the bedroom and the kitchen. Finally, when I book this hotel in May the website listed breakfast was included, when we went to the lobby they did have a nice breakfast area, but the sign was covered up and breakfast is no longer offered. Again GREAT STAFF but their hands are tied when trying to help guest.

Ok but not great.
Outside of hotel is gross and run down, common areas are dirty and smell. My room is nice but could be cleaner. The shower takes at least 30 minutes to warm up. I’ve stayed here twice now and both rooms I’ve had the same problem with cold water. Also the pictures that are on here are not updated and very misleading.

#1.. i know.. thank you for your feedback...dont care make changes! #2 the only thing positive was the space & having 2 bedrooms. The room was sub par/ disgusting. When i say we had no blankets....we had no blankets. I went to the front desk 3 times over a 5 hour period and was finally goven 2 different blankets. Both of which had burn holes in them... dont advertise you're smoke free then give customers dirty comforters with burn holes in them. No forks... ordered dinner & had to eat with a spoon. Asked the front desk and all they said was "sorry". Thermostats are way off & very difficult to regulate room temperature. Pictures say it all with how gross it was

I liked that the room I was in was clean. The only thing I had a issue was that the drinks and snacks were empty and I couldn’t get a drink or anything and that there was of no breakfast. But other then that the expectations of the hospitality was good.

Dirty, burns on comforter and mold in closet. Did not have the room we booked available and gave us two rooms instead. They were both gross. We changed rooms and the new rooms were just as bad. Got a refund and left.

The hotel is dirty and many things are falling apart. A/C doesn't work in about half the rooms. You get moved from one bad room to another and they give your room to someone else while you're at the store and promise a discount when the manager is there but the manager is never there and is unable to be reached.

Don’t do it
Absolutely disgusting, at check in was given a dirty room! Shower and bathroom had not been cleaned, dirty dishes in the sink, cat/dog food on the floor, room smelled like pet urine. Was given another room that someone was already in, then given a third room that the AC did not work and there was bed bug feces on the bed. Tons of loitering in the parking lot, kids running the halls that you can hear plan as day in the room. In common area by the pool there was a guy rolling a blunt in the open while children were around. We left instantly and hotels.com refunded our full stay. I would not stay here if my life depended on it.

A weekend totally ruined
Check in time was suppused to be 3:00. We arrived at at 4:00 and the room was not ready. Desk clerk said that the room had not been cleaned yet. My friend and I had tickets to a concert that starts at 7:00 I asked the front desk to text me numerous times. And every request was responded to the desk wanting me to call them to check on the status of the room. My friend and I than went to dinner and called numerous times (5:00, 5:45) for the status of the room and we were told it was not yet ready. Further calls through 8:00 went to busy signals or dead air. At this point we decided to give up on this room and drive the two hours back to Cincinnati. It was very hard to keep awake on the drive there. If charged for this room I will dispute the charges since we never received a room. We will never go back to that hotel again.

If you want a reliable booking, DONT BOOK HERE.
We didn’t even get to stay. We got a call five minutes before check in saying our room had a water leak and that nothing else was available to us. No help to find another room elsewhere, no discounts, nothing just a very quick and apathetic sorry. All this during a busy weekend when all hotels in the area were booked due to large events, one of which we were attending.

When we walked in the room, we could tell immediately there was no air conditioning. It was so hot. The room had random stickers all over that were peeling off the walls. Everything was stained-the couch, the bed, the curtains. We went back to the main desk to ask for a new room and they said they didn’t have any other rooms available.

This property is in an unsafe environment that is ran by unprofessional staff! We checked in around midnight from traveling and the first room was extremely stuffy, the A/C was not working, walls were filthy, carpet was dirty, faulty flapper in the toilet which caused constant noises throughout the night, dirty dishes in the room, and huge abundance of trash left next door to our room that made our area stink. The next morning we voiced our concerns and they changed our rooms; however, this time the water did not drain from the shower, it took up to ten minutes for hot water to shower, dirty dishes in the dishwasher again, and whoever was working the front office said checkout was at 11 when the sign in the bathroom clearly stated checkout was at noon. There is no phone number or email to contact the manager directly so when I spoke to the manager and let him know my concerns and issues with my stay, he told me he would get back with me and resolve it. There has been no follow up. I have reached out multiple times since it’s been about a week and a half and he is avoiding my phone calls. Also, the elevators sounds like they are in desperate need of servicing but there is no certification posted in the elevator, you would have to go see the manager. Outside the hotel, there are many people that loiter around the property. Unfortunately, the advertisements for this hotel was better online then the experience paid for. Need to resolve this ASAP from the general manager!

Will not stay again
Carpeting badly stained and unit was run down. No coffee maker, hair dryer, etc. There was no hot water available in the morning. The ad indicates breakfast but there was nothing available...not even coffee. Will not stay again and I do not recommend.
