You had to call the hotel for the airport shuttle, where they didn’t answer and we ended up waiting 30+ minutes. The check in was easy, but the room was dirty, stains everywhere, especially on curtains and sheets were not clean, crumbs everywhere and AC stunk. We requested a different room, which was cleaner in its own way.
