This property needs an upgrade. Would not stay there again and advise anyone else the same. One light above sink, ask to get lights for the two burned out lights, said they had no available lights. The emote for the t.v. did not work, said they would get another one, never happened. Put us in a room where the outside stairs for the second floor were. Had people going up and down the stair all night long. The bed mattres was old and needed to be replaced. This is the worst Quality Inn we have stayed at. Of course the dinning room was closed do to the Covid 19 Virus. A lot of workers stayed at this hotel. The staff were so so. The carper needed to be replaced. No pictures on the walls. Drab. Of course we had the room reserved for three nights.

The check in experience was excruciatingly painful. I’ve never seen someone move so slow. There were 5 people in line waiting for almost an hour. Housekeepers has called out and they were still cleaning rooms at 7:30 at night. I had no coffee pot in my room and no way to get one. I’m not sure the sheets on my bed were changed. They looked slept in and so I slept on top. It was a horrible experience and no way I’ll return

When we showed up and checked in, the receptionist swiped my card, took my money then started freaking out that my room and several other rooms. She started cursing under her breath and became very unprofessional. Another customer offered to clean the rooms and she agreed to it, when we entered our room, it was absolutely disgusting. Dirty walls, dirty shower, bed was still not stripped. So I went back and asked for a full refund and we left. The next day my card was charged again! When I called to ask why, I was questioned a ton. After explaining everything, it was still an argument to get my refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

From the outside looked ok, arrived about 12:30am a family with children waiting for there room that had no been cleaned. Person at desk said rooms had not been cleaned when she arrived at 11 pm. My room was semi clean at least the sheets looked clean however hair on bathroom floor and some type of plastic. Wish I would have taken photos. If I wasn’t so exhausted traveling for a funeral I would have left and stayed somewhere else. However if you are a tweaker this may be your place.

The bed was rock hard an the floor has stains all over, the chairs in the room have stains an rips, the pictures DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE ROOM!!! we walked into our room an just over powered by the smell of comet the cleaning supply, like it was made into a liquid an sprayed all over the room.. theres a women there that was yelling at the employees in front of us guest.
