Pillow urban stay

The hotel was brand new, in the heart of the center of the city and close to the high street shops. in a couple of minutes walk you were in some of the finest restaurants the city has to offer. The people in the hotel would go off their way to help and accommodate your staying.

Incredible brand new hotel right in the heart of Thessaloniki (about a one minute walk from the White Tower!) The room was clean, spacious, and modern and had a really nice design with strong WiFi - the bathroom was big and the shower was pretty powerful too. Receptionists at the desk were really friendly and helpful too! Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’d definitely recommend staying here when in the city.

What can I say about this hotel! It was great in every way. The hotel is brand new. The room was very urban and minimalistic, clean and spacious. The bath was spacious with an array of products (shampoo, conditioner, scrub), not something you see in most hotels. But what gives this hotel the extra bonus, the cherry on top, is the staff. Young people, extremely nice, polite and ready to accomodate your every need (they gave us free pastry, they didnt give us any grief about a late checkout, they gave us complimentary wine). The location of this hotel is very good as it is located right behind the white tower in a quiet street/alley. The connectivity was stable and fast (wifi) and staff was accomodating when needed to print documents. Again, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. And a message to them would be "Congrats, you made our stay worth every penny and very enjoyable".

The hotel is small but right near sightseeing and plenty of restaurants around. Very convenient and also room layout is perfect for a family with kids.

Sehr modern, neuwertig und sauber. Optimale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Weissen Turms und einer Bushaltestelle wo auch ein Bus bis zur IKEA fährt (X3). Nachts könnte es etwas laut sein da gleich gegenüber noch eine Bar ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gut fand ich Chipkartenzimmerschlüssel anstatt richtiger Schlüssel.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Sehr zentral ohne Lärmpegel. Diskrete Atmosphäre. Schönes Design. Sehr empfehlenswert.
