1) Make the office sign more visible and obvious during your construction. Clean the office while working there, it looks like a rat’s nest.
2) I called the reception to report that the hot water ran out while filling the jetted tub. The response that it’s because a lot of people are using the hot water in the building because it’s cold outside is absolutely unacceptable. Do you really think people are that stupid? You should refund us since we paid for a room with the tub and the hot water kept us having to wait 3hrs to fill it. And once filled, the bubbles were forming this thick BROWN foam on top, absolutely disgusting. Seriously? Please reach out to me for a refund.
