This was our second time at this hotel as a family. We like the location on the beach, breakfast is great on the terrace. The beds are extremely comfortable if that is important. Rooms seem very well sound proofed. Also for those that know the expense of valet parking in South Beach, you have very reasonable public parking within a 10 minute walk. Not the best hotel on South Beach but for the price and location, its difficult to beat
