This is a beautiful hotel near the heart of Strasbourg. The view from our room along the canal was from a postcard! We never ate at the hotel (the meals did look fantastic, although pricey) since there was so many lovely local restaurants within a 30 second to 5 minute walk. We did use the spa area (I love the steam room) and gym a couple times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and surrounding area is very safe. If i had to nitpick for one improvement, the room got warm when we shut the windows (there can be a bit of noise a little late outside and early in the mornings) as the air-conditioning did not help much. Overall, this is a high end property that I definitely recommend.

The hotel was located in the perfect spot, right on the river, near restaurants and shops. The rooms seemed newly renovated and were very clean. Each night the bed was turned down and we got new towels. What can I saw about the staff other than, they were awesome and so accommodating! Would definitely stay there again!

Extraordinary hotel and staff! Spacious, comfortable rooms, wonderful bed and crisp linens. Large bathroom with fabulous shower. The outside bar area is a wonderful place to relax overlooking the canal, taking in the views and enjoying one of the extraordinary cocktails created by the very talented Benoit (Ben). Fantastic stay and spa, romantic and relaxing
We had the perfect stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, in the middle of the historical town, and in the middle of the canals. They have a great spa, with outdoor pool, we loved it! The room decor is on the classic side. We found our room very romantic. I want to recognise how amazing the staff is, we both felt they were some of the kindest we ever encountered. We do plan to go back!

The hotel is so luxurious, we used and enjoyed the spa and gym, the air conditioning was very efficient and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The rooms have excellent facilities and are modern but fit in well with the exterior.
