Gave it a try, never again
Check in was a little rocky due to this facility had a north tower and a south tower with apparently two reservation desks. Once the issue was known, clerks assigned a room to us which turned out to be an uncleaned room. Apparently housekeeping said room was ready and it was not. Older clerk immediately grabbed our luggage and brought us to an 'upgraded' room which turns out to have only one queen bed and we reserved a king size. Toilet had feces under lid. Called clerk and he said he would see what he could fo with bill. A/C in room was either too cold or too warm. There was not enough accessible electrical outlets in room, just blank covers over junction boxes. Shower was handicap accessible and water was good and hot. Tried to check out in morning and clerk was struggling with extending the stay of another guest so I had to leave key on desk and just leave. This could be an excellent facility with overview management of housekeeping staff to keep rooms properly cleaned and not falsifying whether a room had been cleaned or not as it appears was done. Instructions to go to North tower vs. south tower for check in would have helped.
