The place was beautiful. It was quiet, clean, and not a huge place where you would get lost. The lobby area is great with a lot of space to work, lounge around, and relax. I love the hot chocolate bar.

Desk help didnt seem to care about me.
Front desk person was cold and unhelpful. I went to check out, and two desk persons listened to a call for a couple minutes, while i stood there. I left, and came back, he asked my room number, and said i was all set. It took 10 seconds. Either he nor the other person could have done this while I was waiting,. Also, no early check, and no place to store bags. He said he had no way to check with housekeeping to see if a room was ready. I was being picked up for a meeting, so I had no place to put my bags. It was 20 degrees, and my vehilce had medicines and beverages. I wasn't returning for 5 hours, so the contents in my car froze. The desk person didn't seem to care, and took no initiative to try to help.

TERRIBLE customer service
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Refused to let me move my dates despite requesting this 3 days ahead of my stay. The hotel took my money and I paid for nothing since I was unable to travel to the hotel and tried for hours to adjust my reservations. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.com blamed the hotel but I am the one who lost my money.

The Desk Clerks were phenomenal!! Especially "Mac" upon "checking in"!! I originally accepted a "regular" Room offered thru Expedia. Upon arrival, when informing "Mac" of my limited physical abilities, He immediately, without asking, changed my Room, to accommodate my disabilities!! That was extremely thoughtful of Him!! The other Clerks were excellent also. Breakfast was excellent!! Hot and fresh!! The Laundry Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
