2 miserable nights and $900 I won't get back
We stay exclusively at the Embassy Suites all over the country and have for years. This one is sorely lacking in efficiency management and customer service. Bartender and front desk clerk Brandon and the breakfast crew were the only ones to shine (come to our rescue) $10 parking not posted on the app or on the front desk. I reported my room closet smelling of mildew immediately after check in and asked if housekeeping could come and with disinfectant spray and I was told it was too late in the evening for that (I went out to CVS and bought a bottle of 7th generation disinfectant and 3 other customers borrowed it for their closet and drawers.I advised that we would have to sleep in the living room and could we have an extra blanket. Gal said sure. I waited until 11PM (my bedtime is 10pm) no one showed. I went down to the front desk and the gal said it had been delivered that my friends had called down. I assured her I was the one who called 2 hours earlier and insisted she recheck, she called George who said he had NOT delivered a blanket to my room but would. IT NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Next morning Brandon went to housekeeping himself and brought us a blanket. Patio door wouldn't open so no fresh air. I tried to talk to Cesar about all this upon check out and rather than listen to me he kept interrupting me with excuses. Also, a family of 10 monopolized the jacuzzi from 6 to 10 both nights. No one else could use the facilities. Front desk asked what would you like us to do?
