Waldorf Madeleine Hotel

Hotel staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. From the reception to the housekeeping staff, they all were nice and friendly. The hotel location is ok, not the best, but it’s not bad either. There are certainly much better located hotels around París for the same price range as HWM. The room was quite small, too small actually. In terms of cleanliness, it was good. Overall, nota bad stay at this hotel, however in terms of value for money, there are definitely better options.

The stuff are excellent and really nice. The bed was old and not the best. Area was ok. Close to metro, Louvre, saint Lazare and the Opera house. But not much night life.

Location was great, close to everywhere we needed to get to, whether it be shopping or sightseeing. Staff were helpful and room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were great and bathroom good size. Only problem was fridge wasn't cold but luckily that didn't affect our trip. The breakfast is very minimal so I would suggest going to a local cafe instead, of which there are many!
