It was very difficult to get to the hotel, as there was construction going on in front of it. Then, we were tomd that both the reataurant and the gym were closed, die to renovations. We had a room facing the street and alley, and the outside, street noise was absolutely ridiculous.

Great place to stay for walking to Super dome.
In town for the Eras Tour and only stayed one night but we wished we could’ve stayed longer. The hotel was very nice and clean. The man at the front desk at check in was very professional and friendly. We had a hard time figuring out where to park due to road construction and when I called the hotel to ask the man gave me directions and described the nearest parking garage which was extremely helpful with the one way streets in the area. When we checked in we were both given friendship bracelets that said “New Orleans” in honor of the concert which we thought was such a nice fun touch. The room was spacious and beautiful. The view of the street below and buildings around us was nice for people watching since everyone was all dressed up for the concert. The bed was very comfortable. We had to leave early in the morning and both said we would have loved to have gotten to stay and sleep in it longer. We were able to walk to lots of restaurants, bars, and the Super Dome. We would definitely stay here again for another event.

4/10 Fair

Underwhelming
Phone didn’t work, thermostat was from the 70’s, no fitted bed sheet, no extra towels available , no extra pillows available, old plug ins and not enough for charging devices, shower and bath run at the same time and tub doesn’t not drain properly. Window view was of a dead plant with a trash can behind it. Light switches that went to no lights. No mini fridge, no extra seating. Staff however was very kind and was very professional.

If you must....
I guess you can stay here if you must. This is a bit of a frankenstein property where lobby is clean and modern, rooms are old but the furniture is relatively new. I found the bed and linens very comfortable, the shampoo and body wash were identical. I stayed on 2nd floor and heard a fair amount of street noise but then again it is New Orleans where you'll be out late most nights. The hotel location is great, close to good breakfast cafes, French quarter is 3 minute walk. Not a bad place overall, just a little rough around the edges with some cosmetic upgrades.

Satisfactory
We had a great stay. However, our bathroom sink and tub did not drain well and our hot water was minimal. My brother almost broke his toe because the part was coming out of the tub and this is not safe. We also questioned the breakfast a little because we booked for 4 and were told only one person gets a voucher. Otherwise, we are happy we stayed here; but probably will not return.

It recently changed names and we were not made aware plus the road was closed for co structuring so we didn’t know where to go in order to park. It all worked out but still..

Super nice place to stay.
Amazing stay, only thing lacking would be the “continental breakfast”. Pre-packaged cereals, oatmeal, a handful of pastries, granola bars and yogurt. Coffee, milk, water, orange juice and hot tea to drink. Apparently, the whole city is under construction for the Super Bowl next year. The entrance was being re-done, never had a problem getting in, the workers just stopped what they were doing and opened the door for us. Everyone was extremely friendly. Will definitely be back.

2/10 Poor

The Hotel seemed nice upon arrival. Valet parking was available. Fast svc by staff who assisted when having issues trying to get back Into our room. It took almost an hour having to go from reception to the 3rd floor room about 6x. The front desk staff made several attempts to get us back in and offered to switch rooms but we had all our belongings still in the room. He had to make several calls and rescanned key card numerous times before having to retrieve the master key. The tub was clogged, Housekeeping kept knocking on the door from 7am till we checked out. There was no Do No Disturb sign to place on door. Hence We did not get to rest after an exhausting day. The front desk staff waived the parking fee for our troubles which was appreciated.

No hot water one day. The Front desk people kept leaving and putting a sign up, when they were there they were wonderful, but the room was just not in great condition, I needed hangers and I didn’t bother asking but there are just always hangers around in other rooms. The downstairs is cute but I didn’t love my room and prob wouldn’t stay again. It was very central though!
