This hotel was very disappointing, the amenities and location were ok but the room itself was very damp and had a very bad smell which was very overwhelming and got into all of our clothes and luggage. There was a dehumidifier in our room which we had to keep running all of the time which was loud and didn’t really help. The only good thing was the staff who were all really nice and helpful.

We had a great stay. However, our bathroom sink and tub did not drain well and our hot water was minimal. My brother almost broke his toe because the part was coming out of the tub and this is not safe. We also questioned the breakfast a little because we booked for 4 and were told only one person gets a voucher. Otherwise, we are happy we stayed here; but probably will not return.

The customer service was great. Possibly the Southern hospitality. My stay was great. Magnolia is a comfortable place to stay that is walking distance from lots of restaurants and other things to do. No frills, but it was a comfortable stay. I would stay their again.
