Not terrible for the price
Very muggy and humid upon arrival. AC was very weak and took his to barely cool the room. Clean enough otherwise. The mini fridge was broken. Bathroom ventilation was almost non existent. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was decent and had sausage and eggs which was nice

So our room had a dirty sock and stick of deodorant on the floor, we complained and they gave us a discount on the room. The lobby, halls, and stairs had no air conditioning. Also there isnt an elevator to get the the 2nd floor which was a real pain for my 70 year old mother in law with a bad back.

Disappointed.
The first room give smelled bad with smoke. The second room, on both queens beds the white comforters had stains on them. The bathroom grout was stained and toilet seat was old with stain. Just felt the price didn’t match the condition of the room. The breakfast was fine though.

Needs a little TLC
Most of the games were broke and there were no signs so they ate our money. I informed the front desk but they still did not put a sign on them. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The sauna was broke. The fan in our bathroom was broke, the shower water would change from hot to cold with no warning. The staff were very good but one staff member Brittany was great. Breakfast was very good. Over all I would stay again but I would hope some of the things will be fixed. A little snack area besides vending machines would be nice also.
