Its a renovated building so everything is new .....what you see in the pictures is what it is. Unlike other hotel they modified photo ...so i ,,Will recommend this hotel to my friends

Eccezionale
Clean, new, friendly staff, good service
As the title says. Place is small but it's the price you're paying! Otherwise, everything else was very good. Clean, new. Staff were friendly and provided good 24/7 service.

Very convenient stay
A warm welcome, comfortable stay albeit room very small and certainly not as spacious as the images online make out, hook on the wall for your clothes, no hangers on rails etc so be prepared. We never booked breakfast as my partner has allergies but found out on our leaving that if we had asked then they actually offer Gluten free and dairy free options.... we should not have had to ask, we should have been offered or they could perhaps have displayed alternative options available?... and we would have happily accepted as the continental for myself looked great. A shame there are no options for a cuppa but to go downstairs and buy one which is not ideal at 10pm. But the staff were great, the hotel was very very clean and the design made you feel comfortable.

Eccezionale
Modern, convenient hotel
Perfect for a few days in London! It’s a quick walk (like 10 minutes) to the train station that’s takes you all around London. Our room was spotless and cozy. The rain shower was a nice addition. It’s a brand new hotel so everything is up to date. They have a nice breakfast spread or there is a small grocery store a few minutes away. (They don’t have a microwave/fridge or water kettle in the room) it has everything else you need though!

Great little hotel
The staff were fabulous - in particular Alina, Theo and Gabija were nothing but friendly and helpful! The rooms were very modern, just a little on the small side which made it hard to fit to suitcases. The in room entertainment was great as I was able to chromecast from my iPad and watch shows. The cleaning service were quite slack and at one point came to our room at 5.30pm while we were there. I found our room a little hard to keep cool, despite having it on high and at quite a low temperature. The location is great and close to the tube and other shops and restaurants. Overall I would be happy to return there for another stay in London.
