Amazing
My stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. There was some construction going on in the room next to me that was a little noisy. Nonetheless, that did not take way from my amazing stay at the hotel. I definitely will stay at this location again. Oh. I can’t forget get about happy hour! Yass!

Ottimo
Stayed here twenty years ago numerous times with our children. Great location for seeing all the DC sites and museums. Came back this time with our grandsons. Everything has been updated and renovated. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. It’s been pared down quite a bit from what it was. I had hoped that for the cost of the room it would be offset by the great breakfast. Not so.

Horrible service and run-down rooms
Terrible service and hospitality. Our first room reeked of cigarettes, to which the front desk staff gave no apologies and did not seem to care. We were then switched to a room where the keys did not work, and again had to return to the front desk. We were then given a room with two full beds instead of the king bed we had been guaranteed, and again the staff did not seem to care at all. We were not offered any discount or compensation of any kind, even after it took over an hour to check in. Very dismissive and inhospitable service. The room was in bad shape too - very old and worn in all respects. I would not recommend that anyone stay here. Plenty of other options in the area.

Great location for the event I was attending, breakfast was exceptional, particularly the omelets and fresh fruit.
