Unfortunately, although the overall rating could be very good, the management of extraordinary and ordinary situation is very badly done. I booked 2 apartments, and only after the reservation I received a message saying that they are not located where you do the check-in. At our arrival, on a working day, the lift was not working and among us there was a disabled person which we have had to carry on our shoulder up to the third floor. To conclude, the deposit of 300 euros that they require at your arrival will not be released for 2 weeks, contrary to what they claim that it is released on the afternoon of the check-out day. High potential, but poor management (maybe due to the very young age) of different events.
