Had to clean my own room, I stayed for 2 months, and they never offer any type of services, it smelled like animal sh1t, staff not really helpful at all.

Rooms were clean. I like that there is no carpet in the rooms. Love that they allow dogs there but the black sofa in the lobby was covered in pet hair and needs a good cleaning. No stir sticks at the coffee station - don't think they were out - just don't supply them (?). But again, rooms were clean!

Gross sheets not changed from prior guest

I checked the bed sheets when we arrived to find them dirty with black hair all over the sheets and pillow cases. The housekeeper obviously had not changed the sheets from the last guest to stay in that room. Yuck!! Also, the floors had hair all over the place too. The housekeepers are terrible at their job and clearly need to be trained on how to clean the rooms properly.

Cleanliness: "The room was filthy, with dust and dirt everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting, with stained toilet and hair in the shower." Staff: "The staff was incredibly nice and unhelpful. Although the new ownership is trying to improve the property, it is far from it at present. The place is run down, the stairs are filthy, the noise level is loud, and the bathroom not clean. The curtains rustled with the breeze even though the window was closed. Hopefully it will improve in the future.

The 3 bears

The reservation was for a king size, staff stated they didn't have a king size and doesn't no why the third party keep booking this option, while he is trying to get me figured out the other staff member stood there chomping down her fried chicken like it was her last meal. Got up to my room and the beds were pieced together with mismatched box springs and frames if you want to call it that. They were basically three different types of box springs and the mattress, one bed was very lumpy and you could feel every spring the other one was very hard. There was dog hair all over the sides of the beds. The hotel smelled horribly of Marijuana. The furniture pieces in the room were beautiful wood pieces. I had to say something nice.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. I was "upgraded" to a double queen room from a double king room because they didnt have anymore double kings left. Reservations made for 3 adults & 1 child. Only enough towels for 2 people. Had to use the towels to clean up the water from the shower that ran out of the bathroom and nearly into the conjoined room. Asked for room serve to only clean floors & replace towels. Came back to the room after a long day at baseball tournaments to no towels and was basically told sorry about your luck. Thick layer of dust on back of chairs and also around the the microwave & mini refrigerator (3 pills are also next to the fridge covered in dust).
