Convenient and easy stay

Easy check in and out, staff was responsive when needed (extra shampoo and instant coffee), room was clean and as expected. Nothing fancy but a great and convenient home base if you’ll be out doing things most of the day

Overall a good experience

Hotel is well located, friendly staff however there was a fire alarm before midnight and we had to evacuate, sadly there was no communication from the staff members to guests, if we can go back to our rooms, no explanation or apology. Besides that my stay was ok.

It's a smart looking hotel in the main areas. Also has outside seating On arrival can be extremely busy, your are told, not in a friendly manner, to take a ticket and wait Rooms are basic but comfortable with storage, which is open, no doors We found no system to cool the room, or very small bathroom, which is a very small atrium Not a good nights sleep We did not have breakfast but crossed the road and ate on river

Clean but a bit disorganized

Terrible service

Terrible service. I was forced to leave the hotel early due to safety issues and tried to get a refund for the two unused nights. I was assured that the refund would be processed, but a month has passed with no action. Constant calls and repetitive questions drove me to a complete breakdown. There is a total lack of responsibility from both the hotel and the booking service.

I payed for a clean room, did not get one

The pillow was smelling so bad. When I asked the lady at the front desk for another one she said they do not give extra pillows. She searched for a new one, could not find it, then she told me: "Sorry, there's nothing I could do". The toilet seat had this big dirty spot on it. The entire room smelled unpleasant.

The hotel room was ok for a short stay. The bathroom was something compatible to what you experience in a camping lot. It was small, had mold and dark spots between the floor and walls. Only one sope piece for 4 people. Was able to get some more sope at the front desk/reception. No fridge and no cleaning unless you order it online at hotel website. The room was extremly hot and it felt like zero ventilation. We did open the window, but it did not help much. The beds were comfortable and clean. The elevators were often filled up and you have to wait to get one if you have a lot of luggage. The front desk and reception area was filled with crouds and there was a lot of waiting in line. The electricity went out at pur bedroom for several hours, we had to charge our phones in the hallway and the bathroom was dark, so we had to use mobile flashlight to use it. We did not get any compensation for this.

Loved the location, the room was like an apartment, so had kettle, microwave, so ideal for making drinks, Beds very comfortable, room spotless, Ideal location for the bus and train station, and only one stop from central station, Great stay, will use this hotel again next time

Kun 24 timers parkering. Dårlig information vedrørende betaling af parkering: “Registreres i receptionen” burde være “Skal betales på forhånd i enheder af 24 timer”. Fik et værelse lige op af 4 elevatorer og en smækkende dør på gangen, hvilket resulterede i 4 timers søvn. Utilfredsstillende.
