Was disappointed that the bar was closed on NYE! The room got very cold when the heat wasn’t on 80.. than when it was on 80. We burned up! But other than that. Very nice

Eccezionale
Warmth and comfort: no food.
It was a last minute stay before flying out of O’Hare. The room was warm and cozy on a very cold night. Comfy bed. The gym was open 24/7 so I had a night workout. The brochure noted food and times but there wasn’t any. There was a bar/food counter which was not maned. It was closed.

Overall we had a great experience with this Courtyard hotel. It would have been great to have the Starbucks open past 10AM so that we could have gotten a coffee on the way out, but that was a minor point.
