Kimpton Banneker Hotel, an IHG Hotel

Ho fatto un viaggio in America passando per varie città purtroppo ho notato che tutti gli alberghi in cui sono stata (a 4 stelle) in verità ne varrebbero 3 e sono carissimi e questo non differisce dagli altri Sia le condizioni della strutture che la pulizia sono discutibili per non parlare dei letti matrimoniali che chiamano king ma sono piccoli per due persone di statura normale

Obviously a property that was a different hotel and repainted into a Kimpton. Was a bit disappointed to be honest, however still good value for money given the location. Pros: free breakfast, location, safe Cons: terrible gym, interior is a bit dated

I stay at this location a few times a year and this recent trip was disappointing. The hotel bar/restaurant is closed. The “gym” consists of three machines and 5 random free weights. Two of the machines were not plugged in or maybe were broken. The breakfast has really limited offerings and the quality of what is offered is not great. I’m not quite sure what the daily “amenity fee” is paying for. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very friendly.

It was chill and low key. With no problems.

It was dirty and unprofessional and untidy. Juice spilled in the mini bar No valet parking Smell of urine in the halls have still not received my deposit back

I am traveling with my family including the dog for one night in Washington, DC. The hotel is pet friendly so if you don’t like dogs please don’t come. We found other dogs in the hotel. But the hotel is very comfortable and clean. Our room 903 was spacious but a little noisy because it faces the front of the hotel. Good shower and the breakfast was included. You can park your car on the street near the hotel or pay to the vallet parking. I found a parking two streets from the hotel but they charge usd 37 per night . On Sundays, It is free to park on the street.

Good location and dog friendly, which was nice. So many additional fees though- covered breakfast, wifi, and wine at night, which in theory is nice, but we didn’t use of any of it. It should be an opt in fee and not a mandatory one. Hotel was nice but the final price was was way more than what the room was worth. Probably won’t stay again

This hotel is like no other I've been to. The decor is sexy and unique and the fact that it's dog-friendly is a super plus! Most dog-friendly places are a bore, but not this one!

It was a good stay, with very gracious staff. However, they were unclear on what was actually operational on the morning after christmas, in addition, some of their offerings were not available. But even so, the staff was very, very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed the location and the comfortable rooms. Very roomy. But extremely dissatisfied with the fact that EVERYTHING was extra. No vending machines. Want you to pay $4 for soda and $5 for candy. Even the little conveniences that most hotels include cost extra. Free breakfast was cold almost stale pastry and stale breads as they were laid out uncovered. Very dark hotel.
