good location and friendly staff but other issues
Location to the arena was the best thing about this place. Staff was not to blame and were very friendly. Place is definitely a little older and rundown.
TV in room would not turn on with remote, not a big deal. Shower head did not work. When we called about it, the desk person came up immediately and showed us a process of sitting on the side of the tub, putting our hand on the wall and then using our other hand to pull up on the faucet and wait for the shower head to start dripping. It never really started so they said they would send maintenance later. Maintenance came almost immediately but the tub was in use as we thought it would be a while and were going out so we never got it fixed.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired but did provide coffee, "oj" and some other interesting hot and small bread options each day. You have to ask for a yogurt or a danish and while she was nice, it was kind of weird having the breakfast attendant watching you eat when there are multiple signs already stating not to take the breakfast out of the area.
It was very dog friendly, which was a plus! The only exception was the lack of trash recipticles for the poo bag disposal led to people leaving stacks of filled poo bags around the grounds that sat there. I would hope people would do better if there were more trash cans that were emptied more frequently.
