Due to the holiday, I brought food to cook for a couple days and nights. Some of the food was frozen and some just refrigerated. The first night of my stay, the refrigerator started leaking and the freezer waant working. Staff did suggest placing the frozen food in another freezer, in which i did. The next morning, the refrigerator was completely warm and so was my food. There were a total 4 maintenance guys, over the course of 3 visits to finally end up exchanging out the refrigerator for an older model one. This refrigerator was nasty, but after request, staff did clean it. The room itself smelled like cigarette smoke, and during the night my parents stayed... they discovered dead skin and nails beside the pull out sofa. During my stay, towels and toilet paper had to be requested and the room was only cleaned once, out of my 4 night stay. I was compensated (barely) on my folio, but was informed that the could not be used towards any balance I may have. I will say, staff is over all friendly and professional. I stayed at this hotel in 2022, and it was alot cleaner. There were also ALOT of hotel tours and a huge push by conceriage to buy into time shares and hilton points, which I did not like. Seems like this hotel has become more about $$ and less about quality. I dont plan on staying at this hotel again. Its location is great, but id rather have cleanliness and quality during vacations. Oh, and there is an additional charge for parking, internet, and water.
