Amazing place handled by junior staff.
Very charming place with a french touch. Extraordinary breakfast with endless tasty pastry and amazing selectuon of salted buffet. Rooms are small but fascinating.
Lots of nice small details and excellent bed sheets.
In my ipinion one of the best options i downtown Stockholm.
Great teabags in room and great amenities in the bathroom.
However, the he vast majority of staff seems composed by juniors with very little experience in handling customers and came across super nice but rather false.
They acrually seem to try their best however there had been a few incidents.
I was slightly overcharged for a minibar item, I was woken up by a member of staff knocking on my door to offer a service I did not request (apparently someone else in a nearby room lamented that the TV was not working).
At breakfast time a very rude attendant told me "You have one hour to eat then you have to leave". Didn't even tell me "good morning" or asked "how are you?".
Quick apologies were offered for all of this. No refund for the small minibar overcharge was issued.
I was granted an early check in, which was very much appreciated, and a slightly late check out.
Internet connection was not great.
Mikibar is tremendously overpriced.
