Residence Natta

Great location in the old town of Como. 5 minute walk to the lake. Loads of restaurants nearby and a supermarket 2 minutes walk.

Excellent location, fully equipped, cozy and nice service.

We liked the location and service but no breakfast was available, even though we had paid for it as part of our nightly rate as stated on the Hotel.com website. Overall, we thought the apartment was ok but overpriced.

Broken couch, small tv, no toilet paper, only two towels. Old and neighborhood was not my type.

We were directed to a different apartment instead of the one that we booked, but it was excellent in every way: location, cleanliness, ease of check-in and check-out. We would definitely book with Residence Natta again.

We had Ana amazing stay at residence Natta. Location was super. Fernando was very welcoming and helpful. We had an incident where my bag was stolen in the city. He was very helpful and understanding and gave us new keys. Highly recommended

The property was great: spacious and comfortable, plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. Right in the centre of Como, and a short walk to everywhere. The service from the host Fernando was excellent: he went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful.

I would highly recommend this apartment for families. It was one of the only accommodations that didn't charge a different price for 3 people, which was a huge win. The place was very clean and we were able to schedule a cleaning once during our eight-day stay. I just had a couple things that made it not-so-perfect: - We were given one single small role of toilet paper. Less than 24 hours and we were out, so I asked the apt manager about getting more. His response was that they provided us with enough for the first two days and that we had to buy our own for the other days. In my opinion, that was horrible service and we should've been given a realistic amount for 3 people for 8 days. Very unsatisfied about that. - There was no drier so we had to hang dry all of our clothes. It was a HUGE hassle. It was nice to be able to wash clothes, but I went home with some clothes still damp. They need to just buy a drier to accommodate this issue. Other than that, everything was great and I would stay there again. It was SO quiet which was really nice. Just the church bells going off every 15 minutes in the morning was the only issue. It was in an amazing location and close to everything (including a small grocery store down the corner where I could buy toilet paper!!!). I just think a few small things would improve the stay to make it really awesome.
