"Not a large variety of drinks ,rooms were very clean and the. Sheets and towels were changed daily. Everyone was very friendly and the person in charge of the front desk on the day shift was extremely helpful, going out of his way to give us information and advice on where to go and find activities for every day we spent in Istanbul. The location was also ideal because we were at walking distance of most of the attractions that are recommended to see on a trip to this pintoresco city. The Gran Bazar is a few blocks away ad well as dozens of nice restaurants and shops 👍"

What makes it amazing is the staff and mgmt. truly outstanding service and they try to go above and beyond to surprise the guests and keep us engaged and happy. Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand! "
