Our stay in downtown Rio.
The hotel is really not that bad, it is very popular with budget travelers. It is located in a rough area of downtown, we never had any problems walking around during the day and at night. It is close to all the downtown attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was pretty good. Wi-Fi is very bad, not a little bit bad, but very bad.

The images online are not how the hotel rooms look, they only have one sheet no covers and 2 of the smallest pillows ever. No one spoke English but 1 person a little it was very frustrating. We was switched to 3 different rooms the 1st room our lights didn't come, 2nd room was infested with bugs and the bed covers had stains on them and a lot of brown dots they didn't have a iron so I couldn't do the bed bug test. There was mold all over the curtains. The area was not that good homeless people and trash everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy.

Hotel muito bonito, certamente se não ficssse no centro ele seria mais caro. Gostei da estrutura. Café da manhã estava gostoso, mas falaram que abria 6h e eu tinha que sair cedo, o café não abriu no horário. Faltou pontualidade. Só isso que poderiam ter mais atenção pq as vezes o hóspede não tem outro horário disponível para tomar café.

Pedi um quarto para que fosse no alto, devido a fobia e medo de estar no térreo ou próximo, me colocaram no segundo andar e em um quarto que não tinha toalha de rosto, toalha para o chão, além disso, tinha muitas mosquinhas de banheiro e manchas de mofo no teto, fora que o ar-condicionado quando ligava fazia muito barulho e estava com bastante poeira. Outra questão foi o péssimo atendimento e a ignorância que tive da recepcionista quando solicitei a troca do quarto, além disso, solicitei um quarto específico e me deram um simples.

A acomodação em si é boa, quarto espaçoso e limpo, porem temos os seguinte pontos de atenção: Sobre a localização, o entorno e muito sujo e tulmutuado, e andar pela regiao dependendo do horário pode ser bem perigoso. Sobre os servicos do hotel, durante o cafe da manha tem alguns picos de movimento em que o time nao da conta de reabastecer os alimentos, loucas e talheres, pouca variedade e nem o suco de laranja é natural. E o estacionamento é cobrado a parte e um valor "alto" pela diaria. Sobre a acomodação, espaco bom e limpo, porem o chuveiro é ruim e o ar condicionado tbm.

Tivemos problemas com o primeiro quarto como porta emperrada, mau cheiro na roupa de cama e ar condicionado, cofre e telefone não funcionavam, mas após a primeira noite fomos remanejados mediante solicitação. No outro quarto não tivemos problemas similares. Durante a estadia, pediram para efetuar o pagamento do consumo de água, o que achei muito estranho. Notei muitos vazamentos de água nos corredores, o que causou um aspecto se má manutenção. Por fim, achei o staff não muito cortês, não há serviço de quarto, se precisar de talheres ou similares o restaurante não fornece e me incomodou a falta de segurança no lobby. No geral, o hotel é razoável e, para quem busca ficar hospedado no centro, acaba por ser uma opção razoável com bom custo-benefício.

Razoável. As instalações são condizentes com a descrição. Limpeza ótima. Elevadores funcionam bem. A equipe responsável pelo check-in/check-out é prestativa e ágil. Todavia o restaurante deixa muito a desejar. As opções são poucas e o preço é alto. O atendimento no restaurante é péssimo. O caixa muito deselegante e o pior, negou-se a fornecer nota fiscal relativa às despesas no restaurante. Reclamei na recepção e foi combinado que me enviariam no prazo de 05 dias. A nota fiscal que me foi enviado não coincide com os valores pagos.

Hotel bom porem um pouco mercenarios, cobram para antecipar o Checkin em uma hora 50 reais e cobram 30 para guardar mala o que eu nunca vi em nenhum outro lugar. Porém tirando isso café da manhã na média e só a arrumação do quarto deixou a desejar, debaixo da cama tinha muita poeira pq elas não varrem
